Get a file or image from the device

Through the Mobile App, you can easily access your mobile files and images and effortlessly upload them into your forms.

Requirements

Before being able to upload files to your forms, you must give access to the Application to upload them.

On your android device: 

  1. Go into Settings

  2. Locate Apps

  3. Search for LogAlto mobile App and click on it

  4. Select Permissions  

  5. Make sure the following is allowed

Upload images and files

After allowing the application to access the camera and files, users are able to upload them to the records

To do so:

  1. Make sure the form has field type that allows images/files

  2. Access the form in the mobile app 

  3. Click on the camera/image icon to upload the desired file
